Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mordealz (mordealz.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ELIXYR TECHLABS PRIVATE LIMITED, the company operating Mordealz. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown above.

2. The Platform

Mordealz is a marketplace that connects prospective car and two-wheeler buyers with local dealerships across Indian cities. The platform enables dealers to publish time-bound offers and allows buyers to browse and express interest anonymously.

  1. We do not sell vehicles directly. All transactions happen between you and the dealer. Mordealz is a discovery and connection platform only.
  2. Offer verification: Dealer offers are reviewed and approved by Mordealz administrators before being published. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy; however, we cannot guarantee that all offer details (pricing, availability, terms) remain accurate at the time of your visit. Offers are subject to change by the dealer and are valid only within their stated dates.
  3. Vehicle information: Specifications, pricing, and features displayed on vehicle pages are compiled from publicly available sources and dealer-provided data. Mordealz is not responsible for inaccuracies in manufacturer specifications.

3. For Buyers

  1. Browsing is free and anonymous. You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information to browse deals, vehicle pages, or dealer profiles.
  2. Submitting interest: When you click "I'm Interested" on an offer, you provide your name and phone number. By doing so, you consent to being contacted by the specific dealer associated with that offer. Your contact details are shared with that dealer only after they pay to unlock your lead.
  3. Competing offers: If you opt in to receiving offers from other dealers, your details may be shared with up to two additional verified dealers in your city for the same vehicle.
  4. Dealer conduct: Mordealz connects you with dealers but is not a party to any transaction between you and a dealer. We are not responsible for dealer conduct, pricing disputes, vehicle availability, or the outcome of your purchase. If a dealer engages in misconduct, please report it to us at legal@mordealz.com.
  5. Accuracy of information provided: By submitting the interest form, you confirm that the contact details you provide are accurate and belong to you.

4. For Dealers

By registering as a dealer on Mordealz, you agree to the following additional terms:

  1. Accurate offers: You must post only genuine, accurate offers that your dealership is prepared to honour. Posting offers with inflated "original prices" to manufacture a misleading discount is prohibited.
  2. Honour posted offers: Offers published on Mordealz must be honoured to buyers who express interest within the offer's validity period, subject to vehicle availability. Persistent failure to honour offers will result in account suspension.
  3. Account integrity: Each dealership may register one account. Registering multiple accounts for the same dealership entity to circumvent platform restrictions is prohibited.
  4. Wallet credits: Credits added to your Mordealz wallet are non-refundable once used to unlock leads. Unused credits may be refunded at ELIXYR TECHLABS PRIVATE LIMITED's discretion upon written request to legal@mordealz.com within 30 days of top-up.
  5. Promotional credits: ₹3,000 promotional credits provided to new dealers are subject to fair use — limited to one promotional allocation per dealership entity (determined by GSTIN). Promotional credits cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  6. Lead data: Lead contact information obtained through Mordealz may only be used to follow up on the specific vehicle enquiry. You may not sell, share, or use lead data for unrelated marketing purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Mordealz:

  1. Posting fake, expired, or misleading offers or discount figures
  2. Registering multiple accounts for the same dealership entity
  3. Sharing lead contact details with third parties outside the permitted scope
  4. Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the platform
  5. Submitting fraudulent interest forms with false contact details
  6. Any conduct intended to manipulate platform rankings, boost metrics, or game the lead system

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet credits, and legal action where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ELIXYR TECHLABS PRIVATE LIMITED and Mordealz shall not be liable for:

  1. Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform
  2. Inaccuracies in vehicle specifications, pricing, or offer terms posted by dealers
  3. The conduct, quality, or outcome of any transaction between a buyer and a dealer
  4. Temporary unavailability of the platform due to technical issues or maintenance

Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Mordealz in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
